| Job Description/Duties |
| Key Responsibilities • Represent clients in all aspects of family law cases, including complex financial issues, custody, and domestic violence. • Draft pleadings, discovery requests, and other legal documents with precision and attention to detail • Prepare for and engage in settlement negotiations, hearings, and trials to achieve favorable outcomes for clients • Collaborate closely with colleagues in our family law group to deliver the best results • Participate in ongoing professional development and community engagement |
| Job Criteria |
| The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience practicing law in a private firm setting and a demonstrated interest in providing advice and counsel to clients with a broad spectrum of family law issues. Successful candidates will have experience representing clients before judicial officers and in mediations, drafting discovery, drafting pleadings, preparing financial disclosures, working with experts, and conducting settlement negotiations. This person will collaborate with others in the family law group to achieve the best possible results for our clients. |

| $175,000 to $225,000 |
