| Job Description/Duties |
| – Analyze case facts and assist in developing litigation and discovery strategies. – Draft, propound, and respond to written discovery, including interrogatories, requests for production, requests for admission, and subpoenas. – Assist in preparing for depositions, examinations under oath (EUOs), and other discovery-related proceedings. – Prepare discovery memoranda, meet-and-confer correspondence, and other filings supporting efficient case management and resolution of discovery disputes. – Review pleadings, motions, and other legal documents. – Develop legal strategies to resolve cases favorably and cost-effectively for clients. |
| Job Criteria |
| – Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree is required. – You must be licensed to practice in the State of California. – 2+ years of civil litigation experience, with demonstrated experience managing written discovery, discovery disputes, and document review. – Exceptional research and writing abilities, with strong analytical skills. – Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities. |

| $125,000 – $175,000 |
