| Job Description/Duties |
| – Attending court hearings, participating in site inspections, taking and defending depositions. – Drafting extensive written discovery, including preparing and responding to interrogatories, documents requests and request for admissions. – Evaluating, analyzing, assessing, and executing litigation strategies. – Proactively manage communications with clients throughout the course of litigation. |
| Job Criteria |
| – Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree. – Active membership in the California State Bar and in good standing. – Minimum of 2+ years of general civil litigation experience. – Experience with or exposure to catastrophic injury matters preferred. – Active membership in the California State Bar and in good standing. – Strong legal research and writing skills, with attention to detail. – Excellent time management skills and ability to manage and meet deadlines |
| Salary Range/Hourly Rate |
| $125,000 – $180,000 |
