| Job Description/Duties |
| – Handling all aspects of the medical malpractice matter, including propounding and responding to extensive written discovery, including interrogatories, document requests and request for admissions. – Proactively managing communications with clients throughout the course of litigation. – Timely and accurate reporting to our clients, ensuring compliance with their case management requirements. |
| Job Criteria |
| – Juris Doctorate and current good standing with the California State Bar. – 5+ years of Medical Malpractice experience is preferred. – Elder Abuse Law experience is a plus. – Knowledgeable in the healthcare industry is a plus. – The candidate must have strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage a caseload in a fast-paced environment. – A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient with the latest trends and best practices in litigation. |

| $145,000 – $190,000 |
