Join the NBA Law Student Fellows for a dynamic Civil Rights Bootcamp designed to equip the next generation of advocates with practical tools to uphold the Rule of Law. This session will focus on identifying and responding to constitutional violations, including unreasonable attacks on free speech and unlawful searches and seizures, and will walk participants through how to file government claims arising from civil rights abuses.

Featuring Ashley L. Upkins, NBA President, Stephen A. King, CABL President-Elect, and hosted by Shumika Sookdeo, NBA Member at Large, this bootcamp offers critical insight, real-world application, and mentorship for law students and emerging lawyers committed to civil rights advocacy.
