The Port of San Diego (Port) is seeking a seasoned attorney with a practice focus in real estate to join their General Counsel department of 13 people and support the fourth largest port in California. | MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education, Training, and Experience: • Graduation with a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school, and • At least five years of progressively responsible experience in the practice of law, including substantial experience with real estate transactions. Licenses; Certificates; Special Requirements: • Current membership in good standing in the State Bar of California and admission to practice before the State of California and federal courts. • A current, valid California Class C Driver License at the time of appointment and maintained at all times thereafter in order to operate a vehicle on District business. |
